      Pros

      Nothing. They are 5 days working but can call you on weekends as well.

      Cons

      No learning. Most of the time you will be free. Projects are worst. Lots of deductions from salary & you can't get those after leaving. Fire anyone at an time. Managers and tls are jokers. Tls fights internally. Very bad leave policy. If you are 5 mins late in morning half day salary will be deducted. HR and owner are spouse. Worst company in Ahmedabad.

      Nothing as of now I guess

      Disappointed with the post-employment experience. My Full & Final (FNF) settlement has remained pending for several months despite multiple follow-ups and no clear resolution. I hope the company improves its employee exit and settlement processes going forward.
