Pros

Management genuinely cares about employees. Hours are almost always available if you need to pick up extra shifts. Good money and mostly nice/courteous/well-off guests.

Cons

No complimentary meals. Management tends to play favorites/politics. Discipline unequal depending on who you are. Often unwilling to cut employees even when the business is slow, causing everyone to make an equal amount of no money.

Pros

Good money and generally good people to work with. Enough people on staff so that you can generally have a shift picked up if you attempt to release it early enough.

Cons

Clique-y groups, favoritism from managers, inconsistency with discipline. Clientele can be hit or miss, especially later at night or on nights with drink specials.

Pros

The Management team really cares about their employees, as long as you work hard and show them proper respect. Great Benefits for a restaurant, if you work more than 30 hrs a week. If you are trying to get into restaurant management this is a good company to work for since they always promote from within. Fun, fast-paced, lively environment. The relationship between the front of house workers and the kitchen is very friendly, everyone gets along.

Cons

As with most server jobs, you have to rely on tips to survive. The corporate structure takes away from the close knit environment of the individual restaurant.
