      No positive points in this company. Better not to choose this company. As a company they should have better HR policy.

      Client base is very small and the learning potential is very less. Internal politics is high and it seems that management itself is encouraging.

      They hire during January, February and March and after JFM they will send out the employees.

      There is nothing positive in this company.

      Cons

      Worst mindset of the management. They will send their employees suddenly. During COVID almost 75% of their backend team has been sacked.
