Since joining Zedify I have found Senior Leadership team to be open to new ideas and willing to make changes People are lovely to work with and everyone goes above and beyond to help CEO is down to earth and has an open door policy - culture is certainly more about working together regardless of title and no hierarchy - everyone pitches in to help Love the fact that sustainability is really up there and it's something that is high on the agenda - values embed this throughout the organisation Flexible working is fantastic and company helps to achieve good work / life balance with employees Great to see that so many employees within organisation have been promoted internally - riders really can and have progressed through Zedify

Not a con as such but adjustment working more remotely so more online calls rather than face to face
