The major problem with this business is the managing director. This poor fellow is not really suited to working with people at all. He can't seem to tell the difference between arrogance (which accounts for about 98% of this personality) and knowledge. This chap is a bully and has the opinion that everyone other than him is useless and lazy. If you join this business, you will be hired because you are apparently good at what you do. However, be prepared to have the MD overrule every decision you make but hold you accountable for the results of his idiocy. Zeeko is constantly skimming the pond of insolvency so expect to be required to work large amounts of unpaid overtime or told that they might struggle to pay you. I have personally endured many periods of late wages and expenses. Expect phrases like, "People in China would be grateful to work in these conditions".
