      Pros

      Some truly great people with a real passion for what they do. Great products and a real focus on the customer. Agile and you can make stuff happen very quickly relative to other companies. Lots of breadth within roles and you get exposed to a lot relative to bigger companies.

      Cons

      Very short term mindset and no tangible long term vision…yet. Still quite unpredictable - priorities change week to week. No real employ benefits relating to the product - poor company car policy, no real employee discount.

      Staff are friendly, the product is awesome, will recommend.

      Cons

      General Manager Dayle Evans will onboard and offer you an employment contract straight away, no clarification of why I was let go, after 3 days mate and 2 cars sold…. Get a proper kitchen and lunch room(there’s a shed a outside near the wash area to take your lunch)
