Pros
I can't say enough about the collaborative nature of the work here and how much our success depends on each other and our clients. I have learned more in my time here than any other job and have yet to learn even 1/1000th of what this company has to offer Great opportunity for upward growth (so long as you work hard, and know what you're doing) Every person at this company is very very sharp. I cannot stress this enough. Very bright and kind humans all around.
Cons
Agency life is not for everyone. It's a fast-paced environment where things can change constantly. I find this exciting, but for those used to 10,000 companies (which I have been a part of), you may find that you're being asked to take on more responsibility than just following orders.
