Huge improvement during last year - Anonymous employee ZenRobotics Employee Review

There are nice colleagues working there too (though they tend to leave the company quite soon), many people really want good things for their coworkers. There has been some changes in the personnel so perhaps things could improve.

There are some people that are the most problematic for the company culture but they have a lot of power in there. These people can bully, shout, and isolate coworkers they don't like and the management is ready to ignore all that. There's deliberate misinformation spread around the company and many people are afraid to speak the truth. Often people promise impossible things, gets praised for that and then when things don't work out, it's always the inferiors fault. People don't take responsibility but are willing to take all the glory from other's ideas. There's constantly promises that the culture will change but they don't actively work on that except forbidding negative talk so problems cannot be discussed.

Rewarding when you see how your solutions benefit customers directly. Not too many management layers and processes so quite a lot of freedom in problem solving and decision making. Good team spirit.

Company is young so can be a little chaotic. Historical scars still present but slowly fading away.
