      Pros

      CEO and other executives get to know each employee and their career goals. Diverse and inclusive environment. Opportunities for upward mobility or career path changes with in the company. Great benefits and PTO. Fun and friendly atmosphere among employees.

      Industry highly impacted by COVID and the economy.

We encourage you to ideate and bring forth new ideas and projects - we have found that while the market may not be great right now, it also gives us time to focus and bring forth new products and iterations that will ultimately make our customers very happy.

      Pros

      Good people looking to make a good product even better. Small enough of a company everyone knows each other. Also allows many to work remotely.

      Cons

      Poor benefits. Lower than average compensation. Hard place to get promoted.
