Pros
Zenitech it's one of the companies that impressed me the most; It all started with the interview with the CEO - it was a relaxed discussion, there was a lot of talk about moral principles and company values;
Friendly environment;
The middle / senior ratio is favorable for increasing productivity;
Open-minded colleagues who are willing to help you quickly;
Management knows how to stimulate its employees so that quality is delivered on time; It's done by giving good advice, taking into consideration people skills, good planning, daily meetings, etc...
Having contact with various roles/projects I had the opportunity to learn interesting things and grow professionally
