Pros

- Nice people - Hybrid work model - Health insurance - Good for career start

Cons

- They call themselves as community-first company, however mostly everyone is working remotely, agile teams are split between multiple regions, which means you don’t even see your colleagues. There’s no “community” feeling because people don’t interact in real life, everyone is working remotely. - Growth was not organized and handled properly - feels like people from Autsoft are not integrated into Zenitech. Colleagues from Autsoft show zero interest in participating in Zenitech chapters and community events. - When a new project starts, Zenitech simply sells people to fill the seats and that’s it. Each project starts as a new disorganized mess. Too many projects that end up as a failure due to various reasons. - When something goes wrong or you need some help, in most cases you won’t receive any support from the management as there’s a “that’s not my problem, go ask person X” mindset. - Some clients are really good, however you can end up working for a client that makes you feel like you’re a slave. For example: Zenitech promises you flexible working hours, however your client can schedule meetings after your working hours (17:00) and you must attend them no matter what. No one cares if you have a docs appointment or kids that need to be picked up from kindergarden. And you will receive zero support from Zenitech as well, because you will have to work according to whatever was agreed between Zenitech and the client. Contract details are not shared with the ZT employees. - False promises from the management, especially from people in the UK. Lots of talk and no actions. - Lack of challenges. - Thoughtless hiring - they hire people, then struggle to find work for them so these employees are fired. - Hard to propose ideas to the UK management, the process is tiresome and most of the times when reaching out to people on Slack, “seen” and silence is all you will receive.

Dear Zenitecher, First and foremost, we extend our sincere gratitude to you for taking the time to share your review. It takes courage to say out loud the things that don’t seem right and we take pride in having such a person who is willing to step up and say how they feel. A Zenitecher who is interested in the well-being of the people but also the well-functioning of the business is nothing but an asset to the company. We are not perfect and there is always room for growth and improvement and these types of comments/ reviews/feedback give us a chance just to do that! We want to thank you for all the feedback and assure you that it has been shared with the leadership team. They have heard what you have said and take from it a number of takeaways and will continue to work with every region on continuous improvement As a global company, there are many different ways in which people choose to work. At Zenitech we give people the autonomy to work in a way that suits them. This could be at home, a mixture of home and work, or for some just the office. We give people the opportunities to attend offline or online meetings/ events that connect them, and everyone can choose how much they want to get involved or not. We respect each individual and at the same time offer diverse alternatives for growth, learning, or community events to suit their circumstances. As we have always said in All Hands/ Monthly Updates or BiztTalks, we actively encourage communication between our employees and leadership on all our internal channels. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to your direct line manager or regional management about any work problems or reach the People department to talk more about a balance between work and life, something very important for us and not just on paper. Thank you once again for making Zenitech a better place to work! Best Regards, Zenitech
