Pros
Director has collected a great group of specialists and it's a pleasure to work with them. Collective knowledge within chapters is extensive and usually we're bringing good practices for our clients. Clients I have worked with have been a pleasure to deal with. Overall, I'm enjoying my time here.
Cons
Experiences with different clients can vary depending on the expectations and qualities of clients. But this is mitigated by managers having our backs and ability to switch between teams or projects.
