Pros
I joined Zenith as a fresher, it was very good experience in terms of learning. My only reason for staying in Zenith for 1.2 Yrs in my team, everybody is having very good and deep knowledge.
Cons
It's good for freshers for learning, but after having 2 Yrs of experience it's better to change and join some big organization. Company doesn't pay you good money in comparison of work pressure.
