Pros

-People are Great! (everyone is super nice especially when you are not involved in the upper management drama) -New leadership (No solid view on them), old leadership was bad new might be better think the CTO (basically the CEO) has a good vision and is calling all the shots. -allowed for a flexible remote nomad lifestyle, few weeks of the year you can work internationally with approval. -Benefits are okay PTO is nice (4weeks), plus $100 bi weekly food allowance, 4% 401k match on 100% salary, maternity and paternity (12,8 weeks) , insurance is good.

Cons

-Founder is clueless, you hear the founder/ceo talk and you're just shocked how this person stumbled into a multi Mil dollar business. No confidence in the founder, New CTO is calling all the shots. -Lots of competitors -New Leadership seems cut throat which is probably needed but watch out. -No sense of ownership at the company, they have no equity, profit sharing, no plans to go public nothing besides growing marketshare. -rolled back a a huge revamp in their holiday and sabatical program

Pros

Remote and there is nothing else

Cons

-leadership is not aligned across teams and even with the CTO so there is constant back and forth over what to do, changes after work is done, and fire drills -leadership across the company does not have people management skills - there is no development across the company - some people randomly get promotions that are just title changes and pay bumps but responsibilities don’t change - leaders are rude -CEO Julia is chaotic and does not know how to run a company -there is zero appreciation for employees that work hard across the company -lack of alignment across teams -leaders do not take accountability
