Unprofessional. Within a week they terminated a candidate citing her incompetency knowing that she is not having the required skills. Company not accepted mistake of hiring wrong candidate and easily put blame on the candidate. This shows the mindset of the company and people. Hope they will not shatter confidence of more candidates. Take this as a serious note fellow friends. Thanks.
