Zenput has an amazing culture from the CEO down. I was shocked that during first company dinner I attended, the first person that saw me was the CEO. He came right up to me, knew my name, and introduced himself - because he cares.
The management team is open to hearing new ideas and perspectives from everyone, and everyone's opinion matters. The cross-team communication is great, and people are always willing to lend a helping hand.
Employees are motivated because it is easy to see the results of your work and know you're making an impact.
Cons
Due to COVID, Zenput has been hiring more people outside of their core office locations. However, Zenput prioritizes virtual get togethers so the impact of employees being scattered is not bad at all!
