Their compliance department and how they handle legal matters is pretty good.
Cons
You are only going to fit in if you are highly obedient person with no personal opinions. The founders are ego-centric, artificial, highly obsessed with different rankings and putting a facade of being successful. This creates the environment where people are incentives to be non-genuine and play politics games to "succeed". The best people either leave or are terminated for one reason or another.
