There are so many positive things going on at BSH. First, our main goal is to improve peoples life and health for the better. What a goal. On top of that, this fast-paced, high-performing team has no ego involved whatsoever. I couldn't ask for better co-workers and management to be in this organization with. Also, new for the summer – every other Friday off! 🌞🙌

Working remote, specifically during Covid can make things lonely, and it will take longer to get to know (and to stay in touch) with your co-workers. Would love to the company offering a 401k match.

One of the main reasons I was interested in working at Big Sky Health was to be able to work on a tech product in the health vertical. It's been awesome to have influence on the product direction and be able to build something of meaning with a great team (the best people I've worked with). Other pros: Competitive compensation, flexibility in working hours, fully remote, really great CEO and leadership.

It's hard to think of any downsides so far. I've been around since close to the beginning of the company and it's been great to experience the thoughtful growth and care for employees over the past couple of years.
