Pros

Honestly not sure what to put here. Maybe that you get time off over Christmas? Feels like a standard practice nowadays though.

Cons

Shockingly toxic workplace culture. Genuinely not sure how the company is still standing - from what I understand, management has treated employees poorly for years. It's faced abnormally high employee turnover since the beginning. Even during the beginning of the pandemic, management forced employees to work from the office, despite government recommendations for non-essential workers to work from home. This company cares far, far more about revenue than the health and wellness of their employees. They'll lie to you in the interviews and raise your expectations, then it'll be difficult for you to leave - if you take a day off work, management suspects you have a job interview and interrogates you about it. Toxic, toxic, toxic.

Pros

I have enjoyed working at ZeroDayLab for 2years as their full-time HR and Operations Manager. The Executive Board is incredibly knowledgeable and professional; the best at what they do. Their vision for IT Security Consulting is always one step ahead. ZeroDayLab has a great training program; as HR Manager I am proud of the fact that the team believes in supporting all employees in developing their skills and knowledge through in-house mentoring and support in obtaining certifications for professional development. The benefits are great and include: competitive salary with annual reviews, vacation days linked with length of employment, performance-related bonuses, health insurance, company pension and share options.

Cons

I cant think of any.

Pros

Lot's of good and smart people.

Cons

Crazed leadership. It's like living in a sitcom with the downside that the instability of the leadership affects everyone downstream in the organization.
