Pros
High morale among co-workers. With over 20 years in the tech industry Zetron is the best company I have ever worked for by far. Culture is inclusive, respectful, and values input from all levels. Great work/life balance. I can do my 8 hours and leave, that is hard to find these days! Very lean flat organization so the opportunity to work with senior and executive management is unique in my experience as compared to most other companies. Most are approcable and easy to talk to. Great work environment and lots of fun events. I've met some of my best friends at Zetron.
Cons
Zetron can be very bureaucratic, and has fumbled through reorgs in recent years. My coworkers and I all agree that a lot of the poison has been cut from this place, still hava a few more to go. Product Management has completely turned over and the new members are doing some seriously impressive stuff!
