      Pros

      The benefits are somewhat decent.

      Cons

      If you're not a banker, I would advise avoiding this place at all counts. Upper management loves to pretend there's a main street, familial culture, but that's not the reality. If you're not bringing in money then you don't matter. There's high turnover because people with integrity know when it's time to leave.

      Pros

      People are pretty down to earth considering the of the business.

      Cons

      President is one of the past. Likes printing everything and seeing everyone's faces. Firmly believes people work better in the office, which can be a con for many people since it was proven otherwise during COVID.
