      Pros

      It's a start up. Exciting and fast-paced. Beautiful location and view from very open office space.

      Cons

      Everything else. Lack of team work. Terrible management. I agreed to work as a contractor for 90 days before they hired me on. I felt like a day laborer. The CEO treats everyone like you are lucky to work there. Lots of problems with funding, missing payroll, in-fighting with teams, confusion about work, outcomes and expectations.

      Pros

      Ziftit definitely has a great office right on the bay. As a start up it was fun working on pressed timelines and being able to get hands on in different functions

      Cons

      Theres not much to say here but I guess it would have been helpful if the C-level could have more trust in the team and get out of the way sometimes.
