Pros
This is a relatively easy and fun job as a driver. You get to learn the city really well and meet a lot of great people. Scheduling is semi flexible which is a plus if you're looking for a very part time job.
Cons
This is a company that pretends to care about its employees and "culture." Favoritism runs rampant within this company which allows certain employees to do no wrong even when they are being verbally abusive. Zifty went from only hiring within to hiring outside people for upper management positions which removed the room for growth for its longtime employees. As far as Zifty's "restaurant partners," Zifty requires a discount on their menu items and still up-prices those items which is not beneficial for the local economy. Also, female management is not paid the same as male management.
