Great place to work at

Okay, idk recommend it but it’s a good company

Small company with caring and friendly management. Great solar program that is true to its word and 100% legit. The guys that run this company are really nice and easy to talk to. They try to make the job as good as they can and are always open to any suggestions or ideas. Very understanding and willing to train new people, which in this day and age is a bonus! Also offer small bonuses to help drive sales.

There isn't very much room to grow within the company. If you do move up its not far and the pay doesn't budge to far. There is NO base pay, it's 100% commission. Giving it 130% still won't provide enough to survive on without having other means for income. Most people (with the exception of one or two) leave the company after seeing the commissions aren't as good as they are made out to be. It is really to bad I had to leave. It a great company with a great product setup just not great pay, no benefits and everything is 1099.
