Pros
Its mostly a great place to work if you want a vibe and if you want to be coming close to owning the solutions. Inside and outside of engineering there are people with some really great knowledge and experience. Great tech and some great plans on way foward
Cons
Its a great vibe because of all the issues you have to fight through, you are all in it after all. Ignorance about own abilities is an issue with some product people, makes engineering random. Lots of tech debt, and the fun that goes with a rapid build of systems. Same mistakes being made over again. No real transparency amd lots of great people leaving in a short time frame !!
