Pros

Many talented colleagues that are always there when you needed help

Cons

Top management and CEO doesn't care about you at all because you're in a new market instead of the HQ. They barely check on your progress, and just made you redundant and sending an half a* email to wish you all the best.

Pros

Not only does Zip do a great job at foster culture in a remote environment, but they also provide a great competitive comp package

Cons

None that I can think of at the moment.
