We have always aimed to support the ongoing wellbeing of Zipsters who have been impacted by changes to our organisational structure and presence in global markets as we continue to execute against the revised strategy.
Your review doesn't provide a location, so without knowing where you were based as a Zipster it is difficult to understand your specific circumstances. As such I'd welcome the opportunity to learn little more about the experience you've described over a call so we can look into the opportunity of working with the local regional Zip team to provide additional support.
Our co-founders are immensely proud and thankful of the efforts of all regional teams that have represented and grown the Zip brand over the last years, and we will always strive to do right by our current and former Zipsters.
