1.Good startup exposure, 2.Competition is with Ola, Uber, Shuttl, rBus and all the travel related startups, 3.Salaries offered are better than current startup industry standards, 4.Office location is good and there are plans for opening offices in delhi, pune and hyderbad,

1.No transparency in business operation or critical decision or funding sources, 2.HR Teams have no say and weight to put in, they have made some fine system on smoking and chewing gum as well, 3.No respect for sales and customer support team
