Zipabout is doing some really cutting edge work in a very interesting space. The team are high performing and supportive, they expect a lot but reward you well for it. Lack of micro management means that you are expected to manage your own workload and deliver, this also gives you room to grow and take on significant responsibility at your own pace. Loads of opportunity to get involved across the business and be an active part of the growth of the company. No 'forced fun' which is a real bonus. Lots of opportunity for socialising with colleagues but a real respect for a positive work/life balance and those of us who juggle family responsibilities.

We've all been WFH for the past year which has been challenging and we've all missed seeing colleagues in person, but that is changing as the team move into the new office.
