It's a challenge to find any redeeming qualities in an environment as emotionally taxing as Zithara. If I had to name one, it would be the opportunity to develop resilience and patience in the face of severe management deficiencies.

Expectations are set so unrealistically high that they become a cruel joke. This constant push for productivity has created an environment where employees are treated as disposable commodities, to be wrung dry and discarded. The relentless grind leaves no room for personal well-being. There's no distinction between work hours and personal time; it's all one ceaseless blur of stress and exhaustion. The concept of a work-life balance is mocked here, as if wanting a moment to breathe is a sign of weakness. Management's role in perpetuating this oppressive culture is undeniable. Instead of showing leadership and compassion, they seem content to drive employees to the brink of collapse. Feedback falls on deaf ears, and concerns are met with a mix of indifference and thinly veiled contempt. The most glaring issue is the complete absence of empathy from the higher-ups. Any concerns brought forward by employees are met with indifference, brushed aside as trivial inconveniences. This disregard for the human element of the workforce transforms the workplace into an emotional wasteland.
