      Pros

      At the starting it was just absolutely fine. Good environment, Growth, Work-Life Balance etc but with time things started falling not in the right place.

      Cons

      1. Management decisions 2. Random LAYOFFS in the name of cost cutting. 3. Worked as a full time but felt like contractual ( once the work was shipped, I was asked to resign ) 4. Not a tech-savy company. 5. No roadmap

      Pros

      There is a great deal of flexibility and a refreshing absence of micromanaging. Leadership is earnest and will give you the tools needed to succeed, provided you know what they are and aren't afraid to be direct and ask for them.

      Cons

      Lack of training, which is why this is a great spot for an experienced sales rep. If you know your way around a data center you are on the road to success!
