You won't get offer letters, salary slips. Reason if asked then employer says we don't give these letters because employee runaway! ie abscond. Company ask for blank signed cheque which is illegal and they havent given my cheque back even after resigning properly with serving notice period You are expected to work even after working hours. Even after resigning properly you won't get experience letter - and there are many more who are suffering same as mine. Professionalism is only expected from employees. If by mistakely you get increment 10% is kept with company for 6 months because employee shouldn't runaway from company. If you resign in first week of any month then you won't get your salary for previous month because as per companies director CA makes the mistake. This has happened with one of my colleagues too.
