Pros

Good management - nobody on your back micromanaging you for its own sake. You'll be free to work autonomously from the start while having support channels opened for you. Hybrid work from home - most of the time you'll be working from home. Only mondays and thursdays you go to the office unless you're off or on backshift, so only rarely you have to go to the office. Living wage employer + bonus rate for social and weekend hours. Overtime opportunities (double time on weeekends when OT has been mostly required) which I've personally found to not be very tiring, doing several OT shifts per month. Good work-life balance. Progression opportunities into further analyst grades with salary rises. Educational opportunities paid by Zonal and the government. Inclusivity and respect for employees. No drama at all in my time here. Lots of benefits through salary sacrifice (i.e., you can buy a bike or tech items through wage allocations which doesn't get taxed)

Cons

Overall very unimportant compared to the pros. If you don't like being around the computer all day, helpcentre isn't for you.
