Pros
The people in my team are great. Good work life balance.
Cons
Seems chaotic with constantly switching to new projects before fully releasing the last. Tendency to throw multiple teams on a single project that hasn't been fully fleshed out, with expectation it will speed up delivery. Tight deadlines for projects due to lack of foresight. Senior management don't seem to know what they want.
