Very Mixed Experience. - Sales Zontec Employee Review

The workplace is great! No one is hounding you or looking over your shoulder. Very professional and high tech. It's a great product that is first in it's class. When I'm talking to prospects, it gives me a great feeling to know I am helping give back to our society by helping companies improve their products by reducing scrap and eliminating waste. They have a great benefit package and my commission checks are excellent.

They only allow 45 minutes for lunch. Sometimes this is difficult when you go out to enjoy your lunch due to traffic and how fast you get waited on.

The people are nice and great to work with here at Zontec. They do have a great product to offer manufactures.

They will reduce your salary and change commission after their agreement. You will find your self falling behind in your bills and having a hard time supporting your family. It not enough to support yourself. They pay for your benefits but you have to pay 100% for any family member. This is not a quick turnaround on product sale so do not count on your commission but your salary is not enough to survive. If you live with your parents this may be a good job for you.
