Pros
Zoomdata offers a ton of great perks and benefits. Benefits: 100% company paid health, dental, vision, disability, and life for employees (partial coverage of spouse/dependents). Currently have a 401K for employees to contribute, but no matching at this time. Perks: company provided laptop with the ability to work remote if need be. They also allow for flexible hours to accommodate for difficult traffic, family, etc. Lunch is brought into the office twice a week for employees. They also have a fully stocked kitchen, so you never go hungry. Competitive pay in the market and great location. Located in Reston Town Center. Lots of shops, food, and easy access to major roads. Zoomdata is very big on work/life balance and genuinely cares for their employees. The culture in the office is fantastic. No drama, everyone works hard, employees take their jobs seriously, and everyone is friendly and inclusive.
Cons
Not matching the 401K...yet. I know management is working on it. This is probably more of a con for someone further into their career versus someone new into the career field.
