Pros

If you're passionate about digital and social media, Zoomph has a lot of opportunities for you display your skills and creativity. It's one of the few places where you get full ownership over your work, regardless of your age or experience. There's no micro-management, and you'll really be able to use a lot of your best judgement's to make real decisions, but the guidance and mentoring is always available when needed. Really enjoyable culture and atmosphere. There is a casual, "start-up" type of feel, and everyone is fun to work with, even in high-pressure situations. Everyone is really helpful and you'll learn a lot while you're here. There are plenty of happy hours and team outings. Also, the management team really appreciates quality production and they don't hesitate to reward you for your hard work. There are definitely opportunities for professional growth. Exciting work and product. When you hear the names of the different clients that get thrown around the office, it's hard not to get excited. You'll likely find yourself at some point or another at a really cool conference, event, VIP client's headquarters, etc. As the product and company grow, there's a lot to look forward to for everyone involved

Cons

Not necessarily cons, but things to be aware of... It's definitely challenging. It's a growing company, so you may be asked to wear a few different hats balance a variety things, and try new things. For some, that's a welcome challenge, for others, maybe not so much. Things move very fast here, and if you can't adapt and keep up, you may struggle. Since you get a lot of ownership over your work, you'll definitely be held accountable if the results aren't there. If you thrive in high-pressure environments, you'll do very well. If you need constant confirmation and management, it might be tough for you. If you're looking for a normal 9-5 where you can sort of "coast" through your day and leave your work at the office and not think about it at home, it might not be a good fit. And for the record, there's nothing wrong with that, but there are lofty goals here.
