      Pros

      - An amazing tech team with one of the strongest visions in India. - Leverage your skills as per your pay. - The management made a crazy comeback while the majority thought the company might shut. You're in good hands.

      Cons

      - Hard work is not valued. Don't go OUT-OF-YOUR-WAY. It will never help you. - Occasional 10-hour shifts are neglected and 20-minute late is observed, following with micro-management throughout the day. - Business head is insecure to work with brighter minds. - Keep quiet and do not talk to women. Unless you wanna be fired.

As you may have noticed during your tenure that we're listeners, we're evolving and trying our best to cultivate a marvellous work environment. First, thanks for commending our team members and their skillsets. We really appreciate that. Addressing your disappointments: If your hard work went unnoticed, we're glad to report a 360 degree peer review and MBO ,implemented months ago to collect thoughts from team members and tap into areas where the upper management misses to. Everyone should be heard and understood, our people have the leverage to communicate anonymously to People Operations, now we will pump more sincerity into the process. If your thought process couldn't align with our management, we're sure there could have been constructive ways to achieve that. Thanks for your feedback.

      Pros

      Working at Zoop feels like stepping into a visionary family that genuinely values your growth and well-being. The leadership team—especially the CTO—remains refreshingly open and eager to propel innovative ideas. Expect to dive into cutting-edge tech projects where new approaches are not just tolerated, but celebrated. The tech stack has a mix of all major tools from Golang, node, Java, Python and their wallet app is truly a killer. Hierarchies aren’t rigid here; if you show enthusiasm and skill, you’ll quickly find yourself taking on major responsibilities. There’s very little room for toxic politics—just a collective focus on supporting each other and building a product that drives real impact. Beyond the great culture, Zoop is also financially strong, which means there’s always a healthy budget for learning and development. Hard work is acknowledged with very fair appraisals, and help is never far away if you ask for it. If you’re looking for a place that feels both forward-thinking and supportive—where innovation is championed and your personal growth is a real priority—Zoop might just be the perfect fit.

      Cons

      WFO can be cumbersome for some but company has many WFH balance as well, overall its a mild con.
