      Pros

      It is a good place to start or continue your career for a while. They don't owe salaries.

      Cons

      The CEO will impede your work so much that you will doubt your expertise, and your salary will never be reviewed upwards. The company would rather fire you than increase your salary. They also don't respect work-life balance as they are constantly in your business. Salary is low as well.
