Pros
They have free lunch for everyone on a Thursday.
Some of the team members are nice to work with.
Cons
I’m currently an employee, and I’m sharing this because I care about the people here and want to see real change—not to tear anyone down.
Unfortunately, it feels like management is far more focused on revenue than on the well-being of their employees. There’s a clear pattern of favoritism in the office, and toxic behavior—especially within the VIP team—often goes unchecked. Gossip is rampant, and what’s worse is that some of the individuals we’re supposed to go to for support are actively involved in it. That’s created a culture of fear and silence, where many of us feel unsafe speaking up or being honest.
It’s deeply frustrating to know that people in roles meant to help and protect employees either aren’t qualified, don’t listen, or contribute to the unhealthy dynamics. The company could be an amazing place to work—but right now, the culture is broken. I truly hope leadership takes this seriously and starts investing in people, not just profits.
