      Fully flexible asynchronous working except for a few meetings a week

      Cons

      The teams are not built to care about the people in them or any new ideas, continuous expansion comes at a cost of the quality of the work produced. Working there doesn't feel meaningful.

      Pros

      They distribute some great products meaning the work was engaging and interesting. Designing alongside market leading brands and their established identities.

      Cons

      Sometimes the information supply could be a little slow, however, I believe this was partly just down to how busy the brand managers were and waiting to get information from the relevant brands.
