Great to start career in QA They provide internship and education After completing the education, one gets to work in various projects, which boosts the experience.
Cons
Depending on the project, management experiences can vary. My first one wasn’t very positive, as I struggled to keep up and it eventually led to micromanagement. The pay is lower than avg market in the country
