Pros

Great engineering team Excellent marketing and business outlook Decent pay scale

Cons

No work-life balance. Expectation is to work all you can to get deliverables completed. Teams are not always responsive on slack channels. But you are expected to be responsive to prove that you are online. (Nice!) With a lot of young blood, meetings are a spur-of-the-moment thing, nothing planned, nothing on calendar. It could even be at 11 PM. No proper communication structure. Emails? What emails? One-on-ones? What is that? If you are new and not an organic member, your views are just rubbish. No one wants you to course correct the organisation. Management can literally shame you on whatever call they like. You are not a human being, just an employee. Doesn't matter how senior you are.

Pros

Acceldata is an incredible company to work at - rapidly growing in both revenue and headcount. We’ve evolved at rapid pace over the last three years and we’re winning in the market. Leadership is awesome and has guided us through an over haul of our sales process and team, branding and marketing, and our engineering team innovates at scale. The changes made over the last two years might have been tough for some (hence a couple of neg posts), but they've absolutely worked. We’ve tripled our revenue in the last three years and we win just about all of our PoCs!!!!! The numbers are incredible! If you are in data, join us!

Cons

We move fast and pivot strategy if something is not working. It’s actually a Pro, but a Con if you aren’t up for startup life.

Pros

Innovation is at the forefront of the company and you get to spread your wings as wide as you can with immense support from the leaders

Cons

The fast pace and evolutions can be challenging, but they also create opportunities to learn, take ownership, and make a real impact.
