Pros

You get to work on a lot of things, and gets very little time master any technology

Cons

1.You are asked to works 12 to 16 hrs a day. 2.Sometime you will be asked to work on weekends also. 3. Teams are very small, still manager will not have the visibility about your work. Basically manager does not care how much work you are doing or what you are doing, he only comes into picture whenever there is a issue. 4.There is not team culture as such. People always tries to put the blame on others , and nobody has the guts to accept the mistakes and correct it. 5.Hike systems are very bad in this company, they get all the work from you and at the end they say your initial package itself less so we cannot give more hikes. They do not follow any standards.

Pros

Acceldata is an incredible company to work at - rapidly growing in both revenue and headcount. We’ve evolved at rapid pace over the last three years and we’re winning in the market. Leadership is awesome and has guided us through an over haul of our sales process and team, branding and marketing, and our engineering team innovates at scale. The changes made over the last two years might have been tough for some (hence a couple of neg posts), but they've absolutely worked. We’ve tripled our revenue in the last three years and we win just about all of our PoCs!!!!! The numbers are incredible! If you are in data, join us!

Cons

We move fast and pivot strategy if something is not working. It’s actually a Pro, but a Con if you aren’t up for startup life.

Pros

Innovation is at the forefront of the company and you get to spread your wings as wide as you can with immense support from the leaders

Cons

The fast pace and evolutions can be challenging, but they also create opportunities to learn, take ownership, and make a real impact.
