activpayroll has a lot of great people working there. They're passionate about what they do and genuinely care about their clients/roles. The company has a lot of potential, and with the right leadership, it could be a great place to work.

However, there are some serious issues at ap that need to be addressed. The leadership team is lacking in vision and direction, and there seems to be a lot of bullying and control issues from certain members of the executive committee. The company's eNPS score of -26 speaks for itself, and it's clear that there are real problems with morale and engagement. Additionally, there are ongoing software issues that are being ignored or brushed under the rug. If you're considering working at activpayroll, it's important to be aware of these issues.
