Pros

AL is at 22 days, flexibility in work if the boss likes you

Cons

Should have better system. Remote desktop is always having slow/no connection so it’s difficult for employees to work around the timeline esp during payroll period. Employee benefit is only the usual medical insurance. No dental coverage, no AWS, no PB/VB (basic salary is over 12 months). No proper training, manager will throw you under the bus and expect you to solve on some cases. Manager is a yes person to client requests so it’s difficult for the team. No employee welfare, no team bonding, you’re basically on your own: go to office, get your work done and go home. Pantry food (bread, milk, biscuits) need to use own money to buy.

Pros

activpayroll has a lot of great people working there. They're passionate about what they do and genuinely care about their clients/roles. The company has a lot of potential, and with the right leadership, it could be a great place to work.

Cons

However, there are some serious issues at ap that need to be addressed. The leadership team is lacking in vision and direction, and there seems to be a lot of bullying and control issues from certain members of the executive committee. The company's eNPS score of -26 speaks for itself, and it's clear that there are real problems with morale and engagement. Additionally, there are ongoing software issues that are being ignored or brushed under the rug. If you're considering working at activpayroll, it's important to be aware of these issues. Do your research and talk to current and former employees to get a sense of the company culture.
