      Rapid growth means some leadership roles have been filled by less experienced employees, which can impact strategic decisions. However, being a young company also offers significant opportunities and responsibility for those who take initiative.

      Pros

      Management is clear with expectations. I've enjoyed working across different teams as well. Being part of a team that is in growth mode is exciting! This is the first time I've worked at a place that is expanding at a rapid scale. While the product was really new to me when I joined, I'm so glad I did.

      Good people culture, fast pace, high growth prospect and employees have strong industry knowledge to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Still scaling up and things moves very quickly internally. If you are looking for a place with strong structure and little ambiguity, this might not suit you
