Pros
Bell is a fun, exciting company with lots of opportunity. The company is looking toward the future and building technology and solutions to help the greater Cincinnati market, it's an exciting place to be at the cutting edge of ISP and wireline business! The company has some tremendous, inspirational leaders and managers.
Cons
Though the company is innovative in its business practices and products, the culture is struggling to modernize though they are trying. Re-orgs and layoffs create a bit of latent fear throughout parts of the company which makes change a dirty word at times.
