we are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our hiring process. This is not the kind of impression we want to give out when looking for candidates.
Since the acquisition by Jungheinrich, we've been undergoing a lot of internal transformation, which is what might have led to the situation you unfortunately faced. This is absolutely no excuse and we are taking appropriate measures to make sure it will not repeat, but we hereby offer you our formal explanation and apologies.
