Pros
- good salary if you always work and become popular amongst student base - create your own schedule - no strict business dress code
Cons
- clear mistreatment, favouratism, and lack of trust and honesty for all teachers as they are thrown under the bus for all problems, even when not related to them. - difficult to take sudden sick leave or family emergencies - no communication between foreign teaching staff and japanese staff - no advancement opportunities - 1hr lunch break is written in the manual however, this is not followed and has been reduced to 40min break for a full day's of work. (10hrs)
