Fine - Software Developer backstitch Employee Review

I worked with backstitch from June 2020-June 2021 and truly loved my experience with this company. They are such a wonderful group of people setting the standard for good workplace culture. While there are so many wonderful things I enjoyed about my role, what I loved most was how open and responsive the backstitch team was to me. I was able to openly talk with them about what I wanted to learn and gain from my role as a first-time Marketing employee.

I personally didn't run into any cons while working for backstitch. I started my job during the COVID-19 pandemic, which was really the only con to my time at backstitch.

* culture is getting established and welcoming from everyone. * they provide best tech stack and will provide anything you want/need to do the work (headphones, trackpad, etc). *the software is truly the leading provider in its niche and money could be there.

*quick ramp up to 50 demos/quarter *provided zero training besides trainular/gong videos at orientation. * unlimited pto but will be judged when take if too early.
